I guess since yesterday I turned the big "two-six" I can brag a little about how great it was, right?!?! RIGHT!
Well the day started off just lovely with Nickolas jumping all over me and begging me to get him a sippy cup with milk (the kid LIVES for milk!).
The rest of my afternoon was pretty uneventful unless you call doing laundry, cleaning floors and vacuuming an event.
Casey brought me home lunch from Cafe Rio and I listened to the kids whine and cry about how Dad didn't bring them anything.
Soon thereafter the kids opened some of my presents that Dad had wrapped for me.
Then we were on a surprise road trip.
To where, you ask?
PARK CITY!!!
To SHOP!!!!
(I know, right?)
I got this beauty...
and some other stuff great and fashionable clothing for the upcoming winter season.
After we dropped of the kids, Casey and I had a delicious dinner at Texas Roadhouse-YUM!!!
Just so you know- I have been totally crushing and gushing on a nice camera for quite a while -and yesterday my dream came true!! This bad boy was waiting for me after returning home from dinner!!!!
I am sooooooooooooo in love!!! I feel so photographer-ish now! YAY!!
It really was a great Birthday and I am totally looking forward to tonight! My parents are coming over! And then this weekend Casey and I are hoping to go hang out at one of our friends cabin for this weekend!
So another Birthday well spent- If I do say so myself!!!
